Glendale Upholstery was established in 1964 by Tom and Kathy Muir. They were originally from Los Angeles but moved to Glendale. Our store has been located at the same location for almost 50 years. It is one of the only places in the state to get your home or office’s upholstery repaired and reupholstered. We are family-owned and operated and known for our quality work, friendly nature, and affordable rates.  

We offer to reupholster services for chairs, couches, love seats, ottomans, and footstools. Rates vary depending on the size and fabric preference of the customer. 

There are many different fabric types and textures to choose from, including leather. We also offer a lifetime warranty on all of the completed work it produces. It will fix any damage that may happen in the future free of charge.  

In addition to furniture repair, we offer several upholstery supplies. Customers can buy foam for their couches or chairs from the store, which allows customers to save on costs since they won’t have to hire Glendale Upholstery to come and purchase it for them. Our showroom has a wide variety of fabrics available at affordable prices. When customers go into the store without a piece of fabric in mind, they can browse through sofas and chairs displayed in the showroom until they find one they like. If customers already know what fabric they’d like, our knowledgeable team can help them find it in their extensive collection of patterns and colors.

Customers can purchase quality materials for their furniture at very reasonable prices because all of the upholstery services are performed by master craftsmen with over ten years of experience in the field. A carpenter prepares the wood or steel frame for reupholstering, after which an experienced leather worker sews on new material. The new fabric is then attached securely to the frame using a method to ensure its durability and stability. After this process is complete, a highly skilled furniture finisher touches any visible areas where the seams were made before delivering them back to its owner.

Great service! Called today at noon, just to inquire about a quote. Don said he can be at my house by 4pm this afternoon. Incredible, came and picked up more than I first realized I needed. Once they started we really purged. Mattress, old lawn furniture, yard equipment etc.
